Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to support regionally across the US. The role involves site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, ensuring ICH-GCP compliance and data integrity.

You will travel up to 75% and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance clinical trials. The ideal candidate has a degree (Bachelor's or RN) and strong communication, organizational, and regulatory knowledge to support site activities and patient safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or GPP and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent process and protects subject confidentiality and data integrity at investigator sites.
• Conducts Source Document Review, CRF data accuracy and completeity, and manages query resolution.
• May perform IP inventory, reconciliation and storage/security reviews per protocol and GMP requirements.
• Maintains ISF and TMF documentation alignment and assists with archiving essential documents.
• Supports subject recruitment, retention and data tracking; communicates with project team and aligns with CMP/SMP.
