Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate focused on regionally aligned activities across the United States.

You will perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, ensuring ICH-GCP compliance and protocol adherence, with travel across the US. The role requires knowledge of GCP, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage site-level activities and data integrity across trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (performed on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice (GPP) and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent and protects confidentiality; assess factors affecting safety and data integrity at sites.
• Performs Source Document Review and data verification in CRFs; drives query resolution to closure.
• May perform IP inventory, reconciliation and reviews storage and security; ensures proper labelling and release/return per protocol.
• Reviews Investigator Site File for accuracy and TMF reconciliation; archiving per guidelines.
• Documents activities via letters, logs and other required docs; supports recruitment and data tracking.
• Understand project scope, budgets, timelines; manage site-level activities and communication.
• Act as liaison with study site personnel and ensure training and compliance.
• Prepares for Investigator Meetings; participates in sponsor meetings and clinical trainings.
• Supports audit readiness and actions; maintains knowledge of ICH/GCP and SOPs.
