Job summary

Medtronic plc in the United States seeks a Senior Field Marketing Manager within the US Marketing Organization. This role partners with marketing, commercial, and Research and Medical Affairs to drive market penetration for Microstream™ capnography in the US.

It is remote to enhance cross-functional collaboration and requires about 50% travel. You will develop regional strategies, execute account-based campaigns, and collaborate with global teams to accelerate product adoption while monitoring

Qualifications

Requires a BA and 7+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
Experience in sales or marketing for competitive, saturated markets.
Ability to build rapport with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and RM&A to plan market development & share gains.
Lead regional events (tradeshows, peer events, hands-on courses) and regional targeting.
Partner with Sales Leaders to transfer knowledge; accelerate technology adoption in the US.
Build strong relationships with customers, society partners, and Key Opinion Leaders.
Monitor competitor activity; communicate insights to inform strategies.
Create assets with Global Integrated Marketing to support sales & adoption.
Deploy regional campaigns aligned to key accounts and decision makers.
Execute account-based demand gen using digital and traditional tactics.
Track KPIs and provide regular performance summaries to leadership.
Contribute to strategic planning in line with global plans and US priorities.
