Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or cross-disciplinary teams.
• 5+ years in Clinical Trials with focus on clinical sample collection.
• Extensive experience in clinical laboratory operations and biospecimen logistics.
• Strong understanding of technical, clinical, and strategic aspects of laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical laboratory project and program timelines for complex trials.
• Identify and communicate risks to ensure study starts and data delivery align with expectations.
• Track biomarker strategy delivery schedules and create mitigation plans for risks.
• Oversee progress and schedules of testing and data generation across the lab portfolio.
• Liaise with internal and cross-functional partners to implement program-level management.
• Apply non-oncology lab trial requirements to operational decisions.
• Communicate laboratory program direction to study teams.
