Ladders is seeking a Clinical Project Manager - Oncology (Remote, US) to lead client-dedicated oncology studies from start to finish, ensuring strict adherence to GCP and regulatory requirements. You will manage timelines, budgets, and documentation while coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

The role demands a hands-on leader capable of anticipating risks, maintaining study momentum, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy or nursing.
• Experience in a CRO with therapeutic expertise preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and regulatory standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary clinical research projects, ensuring delivery and compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the customer throughout the study lifecycle.
• Oversee project teams with a focus on quality, budget management, and timelines.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to GCP and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive study documentation and project deliverables.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks and support goal attainment.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings and prepare project reporting.
