Qualifications

• 5+ years in Clinical Trials with focus on clinical sample collection.
• Extensive experience in clinical laboratory operations and biospecimen logistics.
• Strong understanding of technical, clinical, and strategic aspects of laboratory operations.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Clinical Lab Project Management to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead clinical laboratory project and program timelines across complex clinical trials, helping ensure study starts and data delivery remain on track. The manager will coordinate biomarker strategy schedules, manage risks and mitigation plans, and support the operational flow of testing and data generation across a broad laboratory portfolio. This position also partners closely with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to align laboratory operations with clinical study needs, with a particular focus on non-oncology trial requirements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $114,800 – $187,400 annually
