Our client is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to oversee planning and execution of clinical studies, ensuring regulatory compliance, sponsor communications, and cross-functional coordination. You will drive trial milestones, generate status updates, and support audits and inspections with internal teams and external partners.

This remote-US position focuses on study operations, team leadership, and readiness for inspections, with compensation in the provided range.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry, including 1 year in a management role.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage clinical research studies to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for study sponsors.
• Oversee clinical study functions including data management and pharmacovigilance.
• Generate and present study status updates to sponsors.
• Supervise and train clinical team members and Associate PMs.
• Facilitate teamwork and communication to meet trial milestones.
• Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections.
