Job summary

Hawthorne Health in Oregon seeks a Clinical Imaging Quality and Data Compliance Analyst to manage data for clinical research projects in line with GCP and applicable regulations.

Reporting to Clinical Research Manager and Director of Clinical Research Operations, you will ensure timely data upload, data review, and quality checks while supporting cardiology/sonography teams and database lock activities.

Qualifications

• Dual registration in cardiac and vascular is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences preferred.
• 2–4 years sonography experience and 1–2 years in clinical trials/data management.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
• Experience with EDC systems like Oracle Clinical or Medidata Rave.

Responsibilities

• Ensure visit data is uploaded to Hawthorne platform within a defined timeline.
• Review project data and deliver results to key stakeholders promptly.
• Coordinate with in-house Cardiology and sonography teams on timelines.
• Request and manage data corrections as needed.
• Upload data to third‑party platforms (e.g., echo images).
• Review and resolve data queries; assist in database lock activities.
• Perform regular data quality checks and ALCOA+ reviews.
• Escalate data issues per Hawthorne standards.
• Maintain project documents and TMF; train/mentor other sonographers.

Skills
