Job summary

Merit Medical Systems is seeking a Clinical Development Manager for vascular interventional training, working across remote locations in the United States. The role focuses on delivering expert clinical education to Sales teams, clinicians, and support staff, ensuring proficiency with Merit’s vascular products and procedures.

The position emphasizes leadership in clinical training programs, collaboration with regional teams, and the ability to manage on-site and remote activities.

Qualifications

• Education and/or business experience equivalent to a Clinical Degree (RT/RN/PA/RCIS) in interventional cardiology or radiology procedures-related field.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical training to Sales Representatives, Tech Teams, Merit employees, Cath lab and Radiology staff on Merit products.
• Leads on-site or remote clinical aspects of product related trials or conversions, documenting and tracking in CRM.
• Acts as clinical resource for assigned products in the region and mentors peers.
• In-service and train customers on new and existing products at accounts’ locations ~50% of the time.
• Assist in assessment of new product market research trials and product introductions.
• Provide ongoing product-related instruction and relevant product information to customers.
• Address clinical inquiries from doctors, technicians, sales reps and other parties.
• Integrate into clinical and regional teams as a value-add member.
• Serve as a clinical product-related resource to customers and sales teams.
