Merit Medical Systems is seeking a Clinical Development Manager for vascular interventional training, working across remote locations in the United States. Qualifications

• Education and/or business experience equivalent to a Clinical Degree (RT/RN/PA/RCIS) in interventional cardiology or radiology procedures-related field.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical training to Sales Representatives, Tech Teams, Merit employees, Cath lab and Radiology staff on Merit products.
• Leads on-site or remote clinical aspects of product related trials or conversions, documenting and tracking in CRM.
• Acts as clinical resource for assigned products in the region and mentors peers.
• In-service and train customers on new and existing products at accounts’ locations ~50% of the time.
• Assist in assessment of new product market research trials and product introductions.
• Provide ongoing product-related instruction and relevant product information to customers.
• Address clinical inquiries from doctors, technicians, sales reps and other parties.
• Integrate into clinical and regional teams as a value-add member.
• Serve as a clinical product-related resource to customers and sales teams.

Together, we are making a difference in the lives of patients around the world.DAY (United States of America)**SUMMARY OF DUTIES**Provides clinical training to various groups such as Sales Representatives, Tech Teams, Merit employees, Cath lab and Radiology staff, Insertion Site Care Clinicians and physicians on all Merit products.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED** 1. Demonstrates mastery, competence, and expertise with all assigned products within the Interventional verticals and associated cardiac and interventional procedures. 2. Leads in organizing and overseeing the on-site or remote clinical aspects of product related StatSeal account trials or conversions, including documenting and tracking of comments, opportunities and projects in CRM. 3. Operates within the clinical applications team, acting as the main clinical resource for the assigned products in the assigned region, as well as a resource for other team members and providing assigned mentorship to peers. 4. In-service, guide, and clinically support customers on new and existing products, training and in-servicing at accounts’ locations ~50% of the time. 5. Assist in the assessment of new product market research trials in the field (CPE’s) and new product introductions. 6. Provide ongoing product related instruction to customers and offer relevant product information. 7. Address clinical inquiries from doctors, technicians, sales representatives, and other relevant parties. 8. Integrate into the clinical and regional teams to become a value-add contributing member. 9. Acts as clinical product related resource to customers and sales teams. 10.
