Job summary

Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Remote Clinical Counselor Floater who will deliver non-medical counseling via telehealth to Sailors and their families under the FFSP Global Staffing Contract.

This role includes SAIL case management, crisis intervention, and potential in-person surge support in Navy environments. The position is primarily remote with occasional in-person or shore-based assignments and must support clients across time zones.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or related field.
• Valid, unrestricted clinical license/certification (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/etc.).
• Minimum 2 years post-master’s supervised clinical experience.
• Telehealth platform experience required.
• Caseload management and documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Conduct intake, screening, and referrals; provide risk assessment and crisis intervention.
• Tr...a...tain accurate case documentation in FFSMIS system.
• Coordinate warm handoffs to Navy support resources and advocates.
• Provide SAIL case management and collaborate with command leadership as needed.
• Deliver surge support across Navy Regions as required.
