Job summary

Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Remote Clinical Counselor Floater to deliver non-medical counseling via telehealth across time zones. The role includes SAIL case management and surge support in Navy-related programs, with in-person or afloat deployment possible.

Candidates need a relevant Master’s degree and licensure, two years post-master’s experience, and strong crisis intervention skills for high-stress environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field; doctoral in psychology acceptable with internship.
• Current, valid clinical license or certification (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, etc.).
• Minimum two years post-master’s supervised clinical experience.
• Experience providing telehealth clinical services and crisis management.
• Ability to work across time zones and in surge situations with limited notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Conduct intake, screening, assessment, and referrals as appropriate.
• Deliver short-term, solution-focused counseling and risk assessment.
• Maintain documentation in FFSMIS and ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide surge support remotely and in person as needed; coordinate with Navy programs.
