Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Remote Clinical Counselor Floater to deliver non-medical counseling and SAIL case management under the FFSP Global Staffing Contract.

The role emphasizes telehealth delivery, intake assessments, and timely risk evaluations for Sailors and their families, with surge support as needed. The incumbent will handle short-term counseling, safety planning, and warm handoffs to on-base resources, while maintaining compliant documentation in FFSMIS and DoDI-aligned

Formación

• Master’s degree in counseling accredited by CACREP or equivalent (MSW or MFT also acceptable).
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the relevant state or DoD credentialing standards.
• Experience delivering non-medical counseling and crisis safety planning.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct intake, screening, assessment, and short-term counseling for individuals, couples, and groups.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment per best practices.
• Coordinate with Navy programs and route referrals to appropriate services.
