Job summary

Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Navy Safe Harbor Mobile Clinical Counselor (East) to deliver short-term, non-medical counseling and crisis support for eligible Navy families.

This in-person role operates on rotating travel with a hybrid caseload (virtual + on-site) and requires readiness for on-site events and travel, including potential international tasks. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or therapy.
• Current, valid clinical license for independent practice.
• Two years post-master’s supervised clinical experience.
• Experience in grief and loss counseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical counseling and crisis intervention.
• Travel as needed; manage hybrid virtual/in-person caseload.
• Perform intake, screening, assessment, and referrals.
• Deliver individual, couples, and group counseling.
• Coordinate with Navy FFSP/CNIC partners and stakeholders.
