Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, with an active license, and at least 1 year in client-facing or health-plan focused roles. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) and active license.
• 1+ year of client-facing or clinical account management experience.
• 1+ year of health plan experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to set clinical program goals and improve adherence.
• Deliver expert clinical consultation and account management with focus on satisfaction.
• Explain formulary and program changes to clients.
• Provide clinical market intelligence and education for clients, pharmacists, and physicians.
• Communicate drug information and respond to plan-specific inquiries.
• Travel up to 10% and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
