Job summary

Amae Health is seeking a remote Virtual Clinical Care Coordinator to support our IOP cohorts. You will help members feel welcome, ensure attendance, and facilitate logistics so licensed clinicians can focus on care.

In this fully remote role, you’ll coordinate intake, schedule sessions, manage communications, and assist group facilitators under clinician direction. Strong tech skills and experience in behavioral health are valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, public health, nursing, or related field required.
Experience in behavioral health or member-facing support preferred.
Strong tech and communication skills with confidentiality awareness.

Responsibilities

Coordinate intakes and place members into cohorts; schedule sessions.
Manage member communications via phone, email, and secure messaging.
Maintain attendance and cohort records in the EHR; support documentation workflows.
Assist with cohort start dates, backfilling seats, and discharge logistics.
Support group facilitators and escalate safety concerns per crisis protocol.
