Job summary

Amae Health is seeking a Virtual Clinical Care Coordinator to support members in our remote Intensive Outpatient Program. You’ll ensure cohorts run smoothly, handle logistics, and assist licensed clinicians with group sessions, check-ins, and engagement activities.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in a related field, 1+ year of behavioral health experience, and strong tech skills with EHRs and video platforms. A remote home setup and PST-friendly schedule are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required.
• 1+ year in behavioral health, care coordination, or member-facing support.
• Proficient with video platforms and EHR systems.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intakes with growth and enrollment teams, scheduling and placement into cohorts.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage member communications.
• Maintain attendance and cohort records in the EHR; update records as directed.
• Support documentation workflows and outcomes reminders.
• Assist licensed group facilitators with session logistics and check-ins.
• Observe safety concerns and escalate per crisis protocol.
