Job summary

Amae Health is seeking a Virtual Clinical Director to lead its virtual IOP program. You will ensure quality, safety, and consistency of care across weekly cohorts, while guiding therapists, NPs, intake clinicians, and care coordinators.

Partner with the General Manager on operations, curriculum, and expansion readiness. Lead clinical protocols, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory readiness across states.

Qualifications

• Licensed in California with one of the eligible licenses (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
• 5+ years of clinical experience, including 2+ years in leadership/supervision in IOP/PHP/outpatient.
• Strong command of depression and anxiety disorders and evidence-based group treatment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the virtual IOP.
• Own intake, risk/safety assessment, crisis response, and discharge planning protocols.
• Lead case consultations and multidisciplinary huddles with care team.
