What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Registered Nurse or LPN with professional licensure in a compact state preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of post-acute experience; home care and hospice experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey empathy over the phone
