Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Clinical Research Budgeting Analyst for a remote role to prepare and maintain budgets for sponsored clinical trials. You will analyze costs, set up milestone payments in the CTMS, and ensure alignment with contracts and protocols.

You will work with contract analysts, regulatory teams, program managers, and internal finance, handling large volumes across multiple research programs while ensuring compliance and accuracy in budgeting and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of related experience.
• 6 years of direct experience in budget development, preferably in clinical trial or medical setting.
• Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain budgets for sponsored clinical trials.
• Review New Study routing forms and start-up documents.
• Develop cost analyses from protocols and set up budget milestones in CTMS.
• Collaborate with contracts, regulatory, program managers, and finance teams.
• Manage large workflow across multiple research programs.
