Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Clinical Administrator to support the Kansas Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program. You will coordinate assessments, respond to inquiries, and provide high-level support for internal and external customers.

This remote role offers flexibility and the opportunity to improve care for individuals in their homes and communities while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality in all processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience required.
• 6 months to 1 year coordinating and scheduling assessments or high-volume activities.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a clinical, customer service, or call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
• Review information entered into the system to verify data accuracy.
• Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents.
• Follow established policies and procedures for index and imaging without deviation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
