Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Remote Care Coordinator to transform healthcare delivery. In this role, you’ll engage with patients, manage their care by conducting telephonic encounters, and maintain a minimum patient panel of 100. This contract role allows flexibility as you set your own hours while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in pain management.
• Certified Medical Assistants required.
• Hands-on experience with Electronic Medical Records.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform telephonic encounters with patients each month.
• Complete due diligence measures for 100% of assigned patients.
• Maintain a patient panel of a minimum of 100 patients.
