UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Clinical Administrator Coordinator in Idaho to support the clinical team by handling administrative intake, referrals, and authorizations. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and collaboration with providers and members.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in healthcare industry.
• 6+ months in customer service.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must reside in Idaho.

Responsabilités

• Manage administrative intake of people with UHC insurance and complete required documentation in medical management systems.
• Maintain compliance with turnaround times based on the member's product, the type of request and the regulatory agency.
• Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers.
• Process referrals and prior authorizations, including intake, notification and census roles.
• Assist clinical staff with setting up documents/triage cases for Clinical Coverage Review.
• Handle resolutions/inquiries from members and/or providers.
• Participate in call campaigns when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
