UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Clinical Administrator Coordinator in the Boise area to support a fast paced clinical team. You will handle administrative intake for members with UHC insurance, ensure timely documentation, and work closely with hospitals, clinics and providers to move requests forward.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare industry experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative intake of people with UHC insurance and complete required documentation in medical management systems.
• Maintain compliance with turnaround times based on the member's product, the type of request and the regulatory agency.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage service requests from members/providers.
• Process referrals and prior authorizations, including intake, notification and census roles.
• Assist clinical staff with setup of documents/triage for Clinical Coverage Review.
• Handle inquiries from members/providers and resolve issues.
• Support special projects and call DSNP or Medicaid members.
• Participate in occasional call campaigns and other duties as assigned.
