Job summary

UnitedHealthcare is seeking a clinical account management professional to support National Accounts. The role provides direct client support, data informatics, and strategic guidance to improve medical performance and reduce costs.

You'll join an interdisciplinary team and travel up to 50%, with remote work option in the U.S. Focus on performance improvement, documentation accuracy, and strong communication with medical practices.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN or APN license or Pharmacist required.
• 5+ years of ASO experience supporting National Accounts and/or Key Accounts.
• 2+ years of data analytics experience.
• Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides day to day clinical account management support for assigned employer group accounts.
• Liaises with National Account Growth & Client Management Teams to improve clinical performance and maximize cost reduction opportunities.
• Provides real time data informatics and clinical insight to Medical Directors for assigned accounts.
• Builds relationships with National Account teams and internal clinical teams to drive outcomes and improvements.
• Educates and partners with local market teams on business priorities and needs.
