Formación

• Licensed RN, APN, or Pharmacist.
• 5+ years of ASO experience with National Accounts.
• 2+ years of data analytics experience.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day clinical account management support for assigned employer group accounts.
• Serve as liaison to National Account Growth & Client Management Teams to improve clinical performance and reduce medical costs.
• Provide real-time data informatics and clinical insight to Medical Directors.
• Build relationships with National Account teams and external partners to drive outcomes and opportunities.
• Educate and partner with local market teams on business priorities.
• Prepare regular reports with performance insights and improvement recommendations.
• Negotiate priority initiatives with senior leaders for assigned accounts.
