Sentara Health is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse for a Physician Practice in a remote role. The RN will provide outpatient nursing care, triage, education, and care coordination in a physician practice or ambulatory clinic setting.

Current RN license and NCLEX-RN are required, ADN is required with BSN preferred, and ambulatory experience is desirable. The position supports population health outreach and clinical documentation in the EHR, with base pay range $38.01–$55.42 hourly and

Formación

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• 1–2 years ambulatory/clinic nursing experience preferred.
• Current state RN license and NCLEX-RN passed.
• Ambulatory Care Nursing (AMB-BC) certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care in a physician practice or ambulatory clinic setting.
• Assess patients and assist with examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications and immunizations; coordinate care.
• Perform triage and follow-up via telephone and in person; educate patients.
• Maintain clinical documentation in the EHR; support population health outreach.
