INNOVIM is seeking support for NOAA’s Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR) Climate Program Office (CPO) Atmospheric Chemistry, Carbon Cycle, and Climate (AC4) Office. Location: Silver Spring, MD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate grant funding competitions by coordinating and facilitating the proposal review process (mail review and panel review) and monitor funded research projects’ progress by collecting, reviewing, and archiving progress reports.
• Coordinate, arrange, and track the disbursement of honoraria.
• Track and administer funded research projects by maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
• Provide technical and organizational expertise and engage with program leads in the development of program research priorities.
• Submit meeting agendas and meeting minutes for each engagement.
• Enhance ESSM’s engagement and partnerships with other CPO programs, including via developing and advancing research priorities and collaborations, within OAR and across other NOAA Line Offices.
