Job summary

Innovim seeks a program coordinator to support NOAA’s OAR AC4 Office, based out of Silver Spring, MD. The role involves developing and coordinating grant funding competitions, coordinating proposal reviews, and monitoring funded research progress.

You will track records, provide technical expertise, and engage with program leads to shape priorities. Remote/Hybrid work is available with in-person requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating grant funding competitions and proposal reviews.
• Ability to track funded research projects and manage reports.
• Strong organizational and technical expertise to support program strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate grant funding competitions, coordinate proposal reviews, and monitor progress reports.
• Track and administer funded research projects with comprehensive records.
• Provide expertise to engage program leads and develop research priorities.
• Enhance engagement with other CPO programs and NOAA lines.
• Identify strategies for program effectiveness and collaboration with other agencies.
• Support collaborative planning with external partners and agencies.
• Contribute to program policy understanding and execution of research initiatives.
