Job summary

Climate Impact Partners is seeking a Client Services Associate to support a portfolio of client relationships within our Go to Market team. You will ensure consistent, high-quality post-sale support from onboarding through renewal, shaping processes as the function grows.

You’ll collaborate with the Strategic Account Management team, manage onboarding communications, coordinate retirement and reporting needs, and help build scalable templates and standards for client-facing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in a client-facing role with direct client communication.
• Ability to manage client relationships and defined processes independently, without day-to-day oversight.

Responsibilities

• Act as Client Services Associate for a portfolio of accounts, alongside the Strategic Account Manager.
• Build strong relationships with client contacts at operational level.
• Manage onboarding communications and draft onboarding emails from templates.
