Job summary

ImpactAssets is seeking an Associate, Client Service (Temporary) to deliver an excellent client experience as the first line of response via phone and email. The role supports operations, client engagement and solution teams while working remotely across the US during EST business hours.

Responsibilities include client assistance, data entry, and collaboration with advisors. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in investment client service are preferred, with strong communication and tech skills to

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients, financial advisors and team members.
• Experience using technology to communicate effectively.
• Understanding of investments,Donor advised funds and custodial relationships preferred.
• Energetic, organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails, troubleshoot login issues, and guide clients through the portal.
• Resolve client inquiries and coordinate requests in the ticket system.
• Handle a variety of requests professionally, including challenging situations.
• Anticipate client needs and deliver proactive solutions.
