Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Client Value Executive for Financial Services, Contact Center Solutions. You will manage a strategic portfolio, protect and grow existing revenue, and collaborate with Sales and internal teams to drive value and upsell opportunities.

This remote role reports to the Sales Director and may require occasional in-person attendance at events. Strong consultative selling, relationship, and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling or supporting consultative solutions in a technical, complex, and fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from identifying client needs to closing and implementation.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing a client portfolio with strong consultative skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a strategic portfolio of Financial Services clients, building strong relationships and supporting day-to-day client needs.
• Protect and retain existing revenue by understanding each client’s priorities and delivering ongoing value.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and expand relationships to drive incremental revenue.
• Lead client engagement activities, including Quarterly Business Reviews and ongoing education.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to resolve client issues related to service, billing, technology, product, and delivery.
• Maintain strong account management practices through Salesforce documentation and renewal forecasting.
