Responsibilities

Help gather and maintain information needed for reservations and itinerary support.
Coordinate booking details and follow up with clients as needed.
Maintain accurate notes, client profiles, and documentation within our systems.
Respond promptly to client questions and provide helpful guidance.
Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, and experience options.
Support administrative tasks related to planning and booking services.
