Remote Jobs is seeking a Client Concierge who sets the emotional tone for homeowner support, guiding them through resolution, education, or membership enrollment. You’ll be the first point of contact and ensure callers feel known and cared in the first minute.

You will manage incoming requests via phone, screen and route them to the right Technology Specialist, and document interactions in our web-based ticketing system.

Formación

• Must listen actively and respond with empathy.
• Ability to guide customers without scripts.
• Experience with CRM or ticketing software preferred.
