Job summary

First Stop Health in the United States is seeking a Client Support Specialist to respond to issues from clients, brokers, and internal teams regarding virtual care benefits delivery. You will balance technical knowledge with strong communication and a client-first attitude to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.

In this remote-first role, you will troubleshoot tickets, collaborate with other departments, document interactions, and help refine service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a technical support, customer support, or client services role.
• Experience managing support tickets and working within helpdesk or CRM platforms preferred (Salesforce ServiceCloud).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first responder for issues coming through our single front door for client, broker, and internal stakeholder inquiries.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive service experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
• Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in all communications.
• Manage multiple tickets and requests, prioritizing by urgency and impact.
• Document all client interactions, issues, and resolutions for continuous improvement.
