AIL is seeking a Remote Benefits & Client Support Representative to connect with clients virtually and help them understand their available benefit options. No previous experience is required, as we provide training, mentorship, coaching, and the tools needed to succeed.

You will meet with clients, enroll them in eligible programs, and maintain strong relationships while delivering professional customer service in a 100% remote setting.
