AIL is growing its remote team and seeks a Remote Benefits & Client Support Representative to connect with clients virtually, explain available benefit options, and provide ongoing support.

No previous experience is required; we provide training, mentorship, coaching, and the tools you need to succeed. This 100% remote role offers flexible scheduling, professional development, and the chance to advance within the organization.
