American Income Life (AIL) offers a 100% remote, contractor role for a Remote Client Support Rep. You will be the first point of contact for prospective candidates, scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from the initial conversation.

You will collaborate with the recruiting team to move the interview pipeline, receive comprehensive training, and develop client communication skills in a performance-driven environment, with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate notes and update candidate records in the recruiting system.
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, and text when appropriate.

What You'll Do

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
