WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Client Support Analyst IRB/IBC to manage commercially oriented customer support for inbound lead management, small-study servicing, and post-sale account servicing.

The role reports to the Director in Sales and Business Development, coordinating proposals, budgets, change orders, and overall BD support across One WCG. This remote, full-time position emphasizes data-driven improvements and strong client service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management or BD support within pharma/biotech/CRO/medical device/clinical research services
• Experience with proposal generation, SOW drafting, budget preparation and reconciliation, CO, and PO management
• Ability to triage and qualify high volumes of inbound leads
• Working knowledge of IRB/IBC review processes strongly preferred
• Experience navigating matrixed organizations and coordinating across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Triage and route inbound IRB/IBC leads in Salesforce
• Deliver full-cycle servicing of small-studies, including SOW generation and budgeting
• Prepare proposals and budgets aligned to pricing standards
• Own budget reconciliation, CO and PO management across accounts
• Support invoicing, billing, and annual fee management with BD and Finance
• Manage contract renewals, change orders, and pricing discussions with leadership
• Advise leadership on process optimization and customer experience improvements
• Develop solutions for complex contracting and study support scenarios
• Coach less experienced team members
