Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Client Support Analyst IRB/IBC to manage inbound lead triage, SOWs, budget reconciliation, and post-sale account servicing in a remote role.

You will coordinate with BD, Finance and Legal, drafting proposals and ensuring timely contract changes while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in pharma/biotech/BD support, strong Salesforce/MS Office skills, and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams to improve cycle times and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; industry-related degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in account management, client services, inside sales, or BD support within pharma/biotech/CRO/medical device/clinical research services.
• Experience with proposal generation, SOW drafting, budget preparation and reconciliation, CO, and PO management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office; strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-line owner for inbound IRB/IBC lead triage, qualification, and routing.
• Deliver full-cycle servicing of small-studies including SOW generation, invoicing, onboarding, and ongoing account execution.
• Prepare template proposals and budgets aligned to pricing standards and client requirements.
• Own budget reconciliation, Change Order and Purchase Order management across accounts.
• Support invoicing, billing, and annual fee management with BD and Finance.
• Manage contract renewals, change orders, and pricing discussions with legal, commercial and finance teams.
• Provide commercially oriented customer support to pharma clients; act as SME for IRB/IBC operations.
• Analyze trends and recommend operational improvements; track performance for leadership review.
• Advise leadership on process optimization and customer experience improvements.
