Job summary

WCG seeks a Client Support Analyst IRB/IBC to join the Sales and Business Development division. You will manage inbound lead triage, negotiate SOWs, budgets, and ensure smooth post-sale account servicing for pharma and biotech clients.

You will act as the primary commercial contact for proposals, change orders, billing, and renewal activities, coordinating with legal, BD and finance to optimize cycle times and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3–5 years in account management or BD support in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Experience with proposal generation, SOW drafting, budgeting and reconciliations.
• Ability to triage high volumes of inbound leads.
• Familiarity with IRB/IBC review processes preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line owner for inbound IRB/IBC lead triage and routing in Salesforce.
• Deliver full-cycle servicing of small-studies including SOWs and invoicing.
• Prepare proposals and budgets aligned to pricing standards.
• Manage budget reconciliation, change orders, and PO management.
• Support invoicing, billing, and annual fee management with BD and Finance.
• Track renewals and pricing discussions with legal, commercial, and finance.
• Provide SME guidance on IRB/IBC operations.
• Analyze trends and propose operational improvements.
