Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Client Services Manager to coordinate a cross-functional client team and drive plans, retention, satisfaction and growth for PPM and CV products. You will be the primary client liaison, ensuring successful policy adoption, issue triage, and program execution across departments.

The role requires 4+ years in healthcare client management, strong communication, project leadership, and the ability to work remotely within the continental US. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of CMS guidelines and medical payment policy.
• 4+ years of healthcare experience with health plan operations.
• 4+ years in client relationship management or consulting in healthcare.
• 4+ years of project or team management with meeting facilitation.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation skills; training delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor for client operations.
• Collaborate with the Go-To-Market team on client strategic plan and execution.
• Promote policy adoption to increase client value through planning and coordination.
• Identify and communicate cross product opportunities.
• Manage operational implementation and execution of client policy decisions across departments.
• Coordinate and manage client and internal meetings with agendas and action items.
• Document and distribute meeting minutes and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
• Travel requirement up to 20%.
