Job summary

Questex is seeking a Client Success Specialist for a fully remote role (US only). You will manage pre- and post-launch activities, coordinate with sales and clients, and ensure campaigns and content delivery meet objective of connecting buyers and sellers.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years in client-facing roles, excellent communication, and strong project management, with familiarity in HTML, Photoshop, and marketing automation tools. We support remote work from the U.S.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a client/customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work with clients via email and phone.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage pre- and post-launch responsibilities interfacing with multiple departments to meet client objectives.
  • Oversee advertising campaigns: trafficking, targeting, pacing, optimization and reporting.
  • Provide product/marketing feedback to improve tools and processes.

Questex is seeking aClient SuccessSpecialist with excellent people and time management skills, copy writing capabilities, and project management experience. The ideal candidate must have the capacity to plan/manage a range of multiple projects and work closely with sales and clients, for program delivery.TheClient SuccessSpecialist manages a variety of client programs from advertising campaigns to content delivery aimed at a wide audience to connect buyers and sellers.

As our Client Success Specialist,you’llsupportQuestex’ssuccessby:
  • Own and support all pre- and post-launch responsibilities, interfacing with multiple departments across Questex, to meet our client’s businessobjectives, including:
    • Day-to-day management of advertising campaigns, which includes trafficking, targeting, pacing, optimization, and reporting
    • Responsible to create custom promotional plans and share content through various channels, ensuring strong program engagement
  • Analyze program performance through digital marketing metrics and provide recommendations based on results
  • Manage escalation of risks, issues and dependencies, makedecisionsand take mitigating actions that arerequired
  • Provide product team and marketing operations with user feedback and insights related to our internal tools and products
  • Educate and guide clients/partners on digital marketing best practices; proactively address areas where improvement is needed
  • Apply experience and knowledgetobuild relationships and ask the right questions to ensure successful program results
Your Experience and Education include:
  • 2+ years of experience in a client/customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong written and verbal skills, confident working with clients via email and phone; friendly, positive, service-oriented personality
  • Attention to detail; diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical, highly motivated team player, with strong project management skills
  • Quick learner ofnew technologies, tools, and processes with ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment, while managingnumerousprojects under tight deadlines
  • Preferred experience in HTML, Adobe Photoshop and with marketing automation software or email service providers
  • Strong working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite (specifically excel)
  • Be a results-driven team player witha strong desireto exceed expectations

The expected salary for this position ranges from $63,000 - $69,000. Salary offers are based on a broad scope of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, geographic and organizational factors are also considered. The following benefits are available:
