You will meet with clients via Zoom and phone, welcome new clients, explain life and health benefits, answer questions, and grow professionally through training, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
• Welcome and onboard new clients through the enrollment process.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
• Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service.
• Recommend personalized benefit solutions based on each client's needs.
• Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and trust.
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client records while ensuring compliance with company and state regulations.
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
