Job summary

AO (American Income Division) is seeking motivated, client-focused Remote Client Success Representatives for a 100% remote role in the U.S. This entry-level position emphasizes training, mentorship, and performance-based advancement within Globe Life’s family of companies.

No prior insurance experience is required, and you will develop skills in client relationships, benefit options, and enrollment processes while working from home with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Be physically located within the United States.
• Have access to a computer or laptop and reliable internet.
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
• Obtain Life & Health Insurance license before licensed activities.
• No prior insurance experience required; training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments.
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Answer questions about available benefit programs and coverage options.
• Educate clients to help them make informed decisions.
• Assist with applications, enrollments, and policy updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications.
• Provide ongoing support throughout the client experience.
