No prior insurance experience is required; training, licensing guidance, and ongoing development are provided. This is a 100% remote role with weekly pay and performance bonuses. Applicants must be located in the United States and legally eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
• Welcome and onboard new clients through the enrollment process.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
• Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service.
• Recommend personalized benefit solutions based on each client's needs.
• Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and trust.
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client records while ensuring compliance with company and state regulations.
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
