Travelwithsan is seeking a Client Success Specialist to help ensure positive experiences for clients from first contact through ongoing relationships. You will be an excellent communicator who enjoys helping people, answering questions, following up, and delivering timely, professional support.

This role is remote with flexible scheduling and training provided to develop strong client-service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Experience in customer service or client success is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with prospective and existing clients
