Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have access to a computer or laptop with reliable high-speed internet and a webcam.
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace.
• Be willing to complete required training and state licensing guidance.
• No prior insurance experience required; training and mentorship are provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom or other online platforms.
• Build lasting relationships by providing outstanding customer service.
• Educate clients about available benefit options and answer questions.
• Assist clients throughout the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
