Peloton Technologies is a fully remote company serving clients across Canada, with equipment provided and regional hub townhalls. We are seeking a Client Success & Support Specialist to ensure clients are supported, engaged, and successful with Peloton products, combining reactive support with proactive client success and operational responsibilities.

The role covers onboarding, training, transaction processing, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver an exceptional client experience and

Qualifications

2+ years in client success, support, or operations.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Familiarity with in-store POS solutions is an asset.
Experience with payment processing, reconciliation, and back-office procedures is preferred.
Proficient with CRM, support ticketing, and payment systems.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for merchant services clients with inquiries and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Sales, Activation, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.
Deliver client training on features and guides; support self-service tools and documentation.
Assist with transaction processing and reconciliation tasks and coordinate with Finance and Risk teams.
Maintain internal docs and coordinate with service providers for merchant equipment and POS solutions.
