Peloton Technologies Inc. is seeking a Client Activation Specialist to ensure a seamless customer journey from first engagement to initial transaction.

The role combines onboarding, training, and support while managing inbound prospects for Bill Pay by Card, POS, and other products, reporting to the Director of Client Activation and Revenue Operations. The successful candidate will deliver fast activation, support sales conversions, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to optimize

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in client success, onboarding, sales support, or related roles.
• Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) required.
• Experience handling inbound leads and closing smaller deals is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales/activation workflows.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for new clients, guiding through registration and setup.
• Manage submissions to third parties (e.g., KYC/AML) and ensure timely completion.
• Support Risk/Compliance and review flagged items.
• Account setup including product configuration and shipment management.
• Monitor onboarding progress and remove blockers; keep Sales informed.
